Hi, I’m

Hi! My name is Bella Pfister, and I’m 21 years old. I was adopted from Guatemala at four months old and grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, before moving to High Point University in the fall of 2023, where I study Media Production with a minor in Graphic Design. Art has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, but it was during my freshman year of high school that I discovered my love for photography and videography. I’ve been self-taught since the age of fifteen, and ever since I picked up a camera, I’ve been inspired to create in meaningful ways. My goal is to capture and showcase beauty through the lens of my camera.

I love digital storytelling through both photography and videography. There’s nothing more fulfilling than capturing a special moment, whether it’s raw emotion, the energy of a competition, or the spirit of a school community. I love bringing it to life through visual storytelling. I currently create photo and video content for High Point University Athletics, where I primarily work with volleyball, women’s basketball, and lacrosse, capturing both game-day action and practices. In addition, I serve as a photography intern with Wake Forest University Athletics, where I have the opportunity to work across all sports, documenting a wide range of athletes, teams, and competitive environments. In photography, I strive to create images that reveal a person’s inner beauty and strength of character. I see the beauty and potential in others, and my hope is that when they see my photos, they see it in themselves too.
